Axel Hampe

Axel Hampe studied business administration at the University of Cologne and London with a focus on social psychology, the banking industryas well as automation and organization.

For several years he worked for his family’s marketing company and in 1977 went to Leifheit International with responsibilities for worldwide sales, marketing and product development.

He remained within the ITT company and was first transferred to their offices in Brussels, then London, and was responsible for product development and marketing of audio consumer products.

In 1979 he moved into the position of marketing and sales with Blaupunkt International with worldwide distribution and product responsibilities.

In 1984 Mr. Hampe moved into the area of personnel consulting as one of the founding partners of Delta Management Consultants AG / The Amrop Hever Group, of which he was CEO for a time. There, he helped establish and develop the management diagnostics business.

He left the company in 2002 and founded Human Capital Partners, which dealt with management diagnostics, personnel development and coaching.

Axel Hampe has been an LLC AG partner since 2009.
