Frank Möllhoff studied electrical engineering and business administration in Frankfurt.
He began his career as director of customer services with Olivetti in Germany. Later he moved into human resources as personnel director for the service organization in Germany.
Afterwards he joined Digital Equipment Corp. (DEC) as HR manager for production and development in Germany. Then he was subsequently transferred to Geneva where he took on the responsibilities of vice president human resources for manufacturing & engineering and became a member of the board.
Later he transferred to DEC headquarters in Maynard/U.S.A. where he took on global personnel responsibilities for DEC’s business line organization.
After this assignment he moved on to AT&T in Brussels taking on responsibilities as VP HR for EMEA and member of the European executive board. He was then transferred to the U.S.A. where he took on global personnel responsibilities for AT&T International.
He then moved to ORACLE in Geneva as VP HR EMEA and member of the European executive board.
Presently he is a senior partner with Lamprecht Leadership Consultants with a focus on organizational analysis & organizational development as well as executive development, management review and coaching.
