Adi Luger
Adi Luger joined the German army in 1970 and completed his training as a troop officer, parachutist, and lone commando. From 1974 to 1981, he studied sports and theology at the University of Regensburg and during the same time qualified for the German national team in the military pentathlon. He received the highest military honours for his training and experience on foreign assignments with special deployment.
In 1983, Adi Luger began his civilian career at the Bavarian Savings Bank Academy (Sparkassenakademie Bayern) in Landshut, where his work focused on physical and mental performance for managers, aptitude and performance diagnostics, and the development and implementation of potential analysis procedures and assessment centres.
Since 2006, he has been teaching leadership skills to young professionals in MBA programmes in select courses at renowned universities. He also advises multinational companies on change processes. The focus of the content and methodology here is on considering the interdisciplinary aspects of leadership, such as self-management, stress regulation and crisis management.
Today, Mr Luger is a consultant to the LLC with a focus on organisational analysis and development, as well as executive development, management review and coaching.
