Bashar Jabri was born in Syria and studied human resource management at Cairo University.

He entered the business world through a general management position at Mannesmann AG in Saudi Arabia.

He launched his career as a consultant at I.L.F. Consulting Engineers and at the SCAT Company in Saudi Arabia.

In the course of his career, Mr Jabri has specialised in human resources in the health care sector. He was human resources and recruitment manager at General Arabian Medical & Allied Services Ltd. and at the Specialized Medical Center Hospital in Saudi Arabia.

He worked as head of HR and recruitment coordination at the large Prince Sultan Bin Abdulaziz Humanitarian City until he founded his own consultancy, Prime Way Recruitment Office.

Today, Mr Jabri is a partner in the LLC and is responsible for the Middle East region.
