David Miller

David Miller obtained his master's degree in public administration from Northeastern University in Boston and a juris doctor (JD) degree from George Mason University in Washington.

He was a committed soldier in the U.S. Army, from which he left as a major in the special forces units.

He made a name for himself in Washington's “class politique” as an assistant to the Senate Banking Committee.

This enabled him to join the National Credit Institute of the USA as a legislative representative. He was then appointed as the director of tax policy at the National Association of Manufacturers.

Before becoming self-employed and founding Federal Legislative Associates, he served as vice president and deputy director of the Washington office of Chase Manhattan Bank.

Today, Mr Miller is a partner in the LLC and is responsible for the Americas.
