After studying electrical engineering and business administration, he began his professional career at Olivetti Germany as subsidiary manager and later as HR director for customer service in Germany.

Following his move to Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC), he was initially responsible for production in Germany as head of human resources and then later, in Geneva, took on the role of vice president of human resources for production and development in the EMEA region. With a move to Boston (USA) he subsequently took over HR responsibility for DEC's global business line organisation.

After his move to AT&T in Brussels, he was first in charge of HR in the EMEA region and was later responsible for Global HR at AT&T in New Jersey (USA).

Upon his return to Europe, he was entrusted with overall responsibility for HR in the EMEA region at Oracle in Geneva.

He was appointed to the management board of T-Systems after moving to Deutsche Telekom. Frank Möllhoff was subsequently responsible for international human resources management. After successfully building up the company, Mr Möllhoff decided to move into consulting and, as Senior Partner of LLC, has since been responsible for international organisational and personnel development processes.
